I would simply return the one wand that was delivered without the valve, or both wands, however I have been schooled (burned?) by previously making or attempting a return to Amazon and the returned item not being sent back to Amazon by UPS, and as a result the credit for the return was again charged back to my credit card and I had nothing to show for my expenditure. Frustrating and left me shaking my head. Therefore, I will keep both wands and give Amazon a low rating utilizing the only way that I know how to do so. Once again, this review is directed at Amazon for sending me an incomplete product and not Dramm, which is a very good company that still manufactures many of their products in the USA and I am a satisfied user of many of their products. Come on Amazon, execute properly on your end!
